You will collaborate intensively, both internally (e.g., treasury capital markets, cloud sales and finance, data center sourcing, energy location strategy, corporate development, controllership, and legal) and externally (e.g., capital providers, investment banks, data center developers, neoclouds, TPU customers), serving as the primary TPU financing structuring contact for our cloud sales team, client agreement leads and finance executives, as well as banking partners and institutional capital providers. You will lead the structuring, execution, and risk management of complex financing structures-including equipment leasing, asset-backed securitization, special purpose vehicles (SPVs), bank syndication, and credit support arrangements-to lower barriers to adoption and accelerate business generation for Google TPUs.
