At least 5 to 8 years of progressive management experience in home care, visiting nursing services, or a similar healthcare service, including senior-level business or operations leadership. Oversee the revenue cycle, including intake and authorization, billing accuracy, claims, collections, denials management, and timely reimbursement across Medicare, MassHealth, managed care, and other payers.
