This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and the Companys policies, procedures, and guidelines: • Provide exceptional service to KCC customers and dealers in a fast-paced omnichannel call center environment. • Establish relationships and communicate effectively with internal teams, including Loan Administration, Titles, Loss Mitigation, KTAC, and the Loan Origination Center.
