li>Ensures adequate daily coverage for meal service by communicating with the Culinary Services Director and/or Host/Hostess, to include taking resident orders for meals, providing drink refills according to residents' / guests' requests, assists with the cleaning, resetting and preparation of the dining room in-between mealtimes. The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for development and execution of a Marketing Plan that includes outside sales, inside sales, public relations, media and consumer communications.
