This class is responsible for daily center operation, development and coordination of various community centers, including community organizing and outreach, volunteer recruitment; support and development of activities and programs, identifies program needs, monitors, and determines target audience for programs, oversees program development, monitors program timelines and goals, reviews program marketing and advertising efforts. Minimum Qualification Requirements: Training and Experience: Associate's degree in Leisure Services, Recreation, Public Administration or a related field and two years of experience in community outreach, experience working with youth in a recreational or academic environment, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
