Design, facilitate, and continuously improve comprehensive training programs for professional staff, graduate assistants, Resident Assistants, student conduct board members, and other campus stakeholders on student conduct policies, hearing procedures, conflict resolution, and restorative practices. Collaborate with Residential Education and University Housing, Public Safety, Counseling Services, Accessibility Services, Title IX, and other campus partners to address complex student behavioral concerns, crisis situations, health and safety issues, and coordinated student support efforts.
