This role supports site safety and property value by executing quality repairs, patching, and improvements related to concrete flatwork, masonry, curbing, sidewalks, aprons, and other site-related concrete structures. Given ongoing construction and development plans, our current apartment portfolio of 6,000 plus units is expected to double in the next couple of years and rise to over 12,000 units in the next five years.
