Primarily leading and managing site design, pre-construction, and construction activities; the Construction Project Manager (CPM), Tenant Fit-Out (TFO) is critical in ensuring projects are completed on-time, within budget, of Prime quality, and to the specific technical needs dictated by the incoming tenants.
