Microsoft Windows and Apple Operating Systems, computers systems, computer client stations, (including hardware and software), large screen video displays, wireless microphones and presenter timers, Microsoft Office Suite, and a myriad of interfaces to support various presentation platforms (i.e., Macintosh, PC, Windows XP, etc.). This support consists of serving as the primary point-of-contact (POC) for the Conferencing Center use and operations for AV/VTC, scheduling and coordinating all customer requirements in advance of conferencing events or VTC sessions located in 29 conference and meeting rooms located in DTRC and the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
