Experience across multiple contract types and a working command of commercial terms, including payment terms, renewals, usage-based pricing, limitation of liability, indemnification, data protection/DPAs, IP ownership, SLAs, service credits, and termination rights. We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to own commercial execution across indirect spend, with particular emphasis on IT/SaaS and broader categories such as professional services, marketing, HR, and corporate vendors.
