Based primarily in Agawam, this role will oversee accounting activities across both locations, provide leadership and direction to accounting team members at each site, and partner closely with site leadership, the Block Controller, and Corporate Finance. The Assistant Controller will support month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, inventory and manufacturing accounting, cost analysis, internal controls, audit requirements, and other key financial activities across both business units.
