Selected candidates must successfully complete required initial training, which includes: Motion Imagery Tradecraft Intermediate Level (MITIL): 3.5-day course, participation required, pass/fail. Completion of formal intelligence training, typically two or more months of full-time training resulting in a military intelligence MOS or equivalent background, such as All-Source, IMINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, or related discipline.
