This role provides hands-on leadership and direction to production employees, fosters a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement, and collaborates closely employee, contractors, department leaders across all shifts to achieve operational, quality, and productivity goals. Help train and mentor Metal Fabrication staff in the use of key Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools such as 6S, Plan, Do Check Act (PDCA), Single-Minute Exchange of Die (SMED), Root Cause Analysis, and other problem-solving tools.
