The Controller is responsible for the day-to-day financial operations and serves as subject matter expert to their respective clients on the portfolio’s financial activities, including accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, planning and analysis, internal controls, audit, tax, financing and chow related transactions, and onboarding and offboarding initiatives. · Provide proactive transparency to the client on financial activities – such as cash projections – in conjunction with collections and expenses expected daily and weekly and monthly activities – providing reporting, analytics, and financial support for day-to-day financial operations with an expected outcome of a smooth client experience.
