The FM Staff Physician is responsible for delivering high-quality medical care to patients across the lifespan, including preventive services, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions. The Physician collaborates with Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, nurses, and other clinical staff to ensure coordinated, culturally responsive, and evidence-based care.
