The People Analytics team within Gartner derives actionable insights from workforce data to recommend and implement better ways of attracting, developing, and retaining Gartner associates to drive growth, higher sales, more productivity, and better client experiences. The Director will be responsible for defining and executing the Talent Acquisition analytics strategy, establishing a scalable reporting and consultation operating model, and leading a portfolio of initiatives focused on recruiting effectiveness, workforce planning, recruiter productivity, hiring risk management, and talent intelligence.
