Overview: The Manager, Operation Systems Support leads a team dedicated to integrating and/or developing, supporting and training systems/tools associated with content creation/management, database management, event management, marketing automation and sales CRM at the request of Marketing and Communication leadership or as part of an implementation/sustainment plan developed in a process improvement event. Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements; design, implement, and operationalize systems to support processes developed to achieve organizational business objectives .
