The Manager, Operation Systems Support leads a team dedicated to integrating and/or developing, supporting and training systems/tools associated with content creation/management, database management, event management, marketing automation and sales CRM at the request of Marketing and Communication leadership or as part of an implementation/sustainment plan developed in a process improvement event. • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience• Proven experience in organizational planning and project management• Ability to manage multiple, complex projects with competing deadlines• Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and planning skills• Ability to easily learn new software and web-based technologies.
