In alignment with the business strategy, the Manager is responsible for all aspects of executing marketing tactics and initiatives, including: creating new lead generation campaigns with measureable ROI, developing client surveys and reference programs, securing and managing client testimonials and case studies, managing pre-and post-event communications and campaigns, managing social media presence, coordinating CLE webinars, managing marketing analytics and related reporting and managing other functions to shorten the sales cycle. Proficiency in the use of the following applications: Microsoft Office programs specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint; basic experience with using web-based products and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Oracle CRM OnDemand, or other similar CRM applications.
