This position leads the OnePulse R&D organization and is responsible for organizational design, workforce planning, hiring, performance management, leadership development, succession planning, retention, and effective use of employees, contractors, and partners across a geographically dispersed team. OnePulse designed services to integrate seamlessly with practice management systems and EHRs, enabling providers to deliver care more efficiently, reduce administrative burdens, and improve patient engagement.
