Physical and Sensory requirements (with or without the aid of mechanical devices): Walking, reaching, bending, lifting, grasping, fine - hand coordination, pushing and pulling; ability to communicate with residents; ability to distinguish smells and temperatures; ability to read and write; and ability to remain calm under emergency situations and while dealing with multiple tasks. Distributes menus, sets up/delivers meal trays and/or snacks, prepares food carts, prepares dining room, and inspects diet trays before serving.
