Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred10+ years of progressive FP&A experience with 3+ years in a leadership role within a mid to large size organizationExperience supporting complex, multi unit or consumer oriented businesses; restaurant or retail preferredAdvanced financial modeling and analytical skills with experience preparing executive and board level reportingStrong communication skills, executive maturity, and ability to influence senior stakeholdersExperience with labor or cost driven operating modelsExposure to FP&A automation, systems implementations, or analytics transformationsProficient in Oracle GL, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Smart View, and Microsoft 365.
