The Director works across Programs, Development, and Marketing Communications, and with local partners in the U.S. and internationally, to strengthen evidence-based program design, measure what matters, and develop concept notes that can be advanced into institutional funding. Ensure EWB-USA measures not only infrastructure outputs, but the broader outcomes its programs seek to influence, including sustainability, resilience, partner capacity, community outcomes, volunteer outcomes and systems strengthening.
