Using a commercial dishwasher, and/or sink, spray hose(s), water, cleaning and sanitizing solutions/chemicals, gloves, scrub pads and/or hands, wash dishes, glasses, flatware, pots, pans, cooking and serving implements, catering items and other assorted restaurant items. · Able to stand and/or walk continuously for long periods of time, often up to 10 hours a day, in non-temperature-controlled, high-humidity, high-heat environment, working with hot and/or sharp equipment, including steam-emitting equipment.
