This role serves as a key connection between Materials Planning, Warehouse/Stores, Project Management, Order Administration, Crating, Logistics, carriers, and other internal and external partners to ensure materials are ready for shipment and delivery commitments are achieved. The Distribution Coordinator will manage day-to-day shipment coordination, carrier communication, shipping documentation, and system transactions while proactively identifying and resolving issues that could impact delivery performance.
