Bachelor's degree in occupational safety and health, safety management, construction management, engineering, or a related field and 5 years years of progressive safety, health, or construction experience supporting transmission, distribution, substation, utility, EPC, self-perform, program management, or construction management operation required. Demonstrated success serving as a trusted advisor to national, regional, subsidiary, operational, and client leadership while translating T&D Safety strategy into business objectives, operational priorities, and measurable performance outcomes across a national portfolio of projects and operations.
