You support relationships with functional leadership, translate business goals into actionable technology roadmaps, and move initiatives seamlessly from ideation through business case funding, requirements definition, technical delivery, and end-user adoption. While you will not manage a direct team or departmental budget, you will heavily influence both by building executive trust, presenting persuasive investment cases, and driving cross-functional delivery accountability without formal authority.
