This role provides leadership for maintenance planning, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, safety initiatives, preventive maintenance programs, and workforce development while supporting manufacturing operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of approximately four Maintenance Technicians responsible for maintaining production equipment, improving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and ensuring safe, efficient plant operations.
