As an Account Manager/Driver manager you will be responsible for managing relationships with key TFSL clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met by coordinating shipping services, deliveries, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, while maintaining strong communication with both clients and drivers to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities of a TFSL Account manager/Driver manager: Primary source of communication with drivers, including, but not limited to, load information, purchase orders, maintenance coordination, performance counseling and dissemination of general company news and information.
