This position performs diverse duties assisting with the operation and maintenance of Finlay Park and related City of Columbia facilities by directing, coordinating and participating in maintenance, repair and construction projects on grounds and facilities; and coordinates and participates in grounds keeping and landscaping activities to assure the attractiveness, cleanliness and safety of park grounds and facilities. The work requires the following physical abilities to perform the essential job functions: balancing, crawling, crouching, fingering, handling, hearing, kneeling, lifting, mental acuity, pulling, pushing, reaching, repetitive motion, speaking, standing, stooping, talking, visual acuity, and walking.
