Secures and assists with vendors and contracts for all departmental systems and operations, including but not limited to fire alarm, fire sprinkler, fire extinguishers, elevators, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, generator, kitchen hoods, snow removal, landscaping, trash removal, etc. Physical Abilities: While performing the duties of this job, the associate is often required to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell.
