Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.” Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement 5 years of experience supporting software development programs, including hands-on experience with software verification, reviews, or testing 3 year of experience leading technical teams (people management, mentoring, performance management) 3 year of proven ability working with program leadership to prioritize and resolve technical quality issues This position may require up to 20% travel Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Active U.S. security clearance Software quality engineering experience supporting software with AS9115, DO-178, and/or MIL-STD-882E requirements.
