Performs and oversees project management and engineering of capital and expense projects including scope development, safety reviews, equipment specifications, quotation of equipment, bid package development-quoting for installations, field supervision of construction, cost control, commissioning, and project closure. Analyze equipment reliability and implement action plans to reduce and eliminate failures, Develops and manages the Maintenance and Engineering budget (costs, quality, service & HSE) including cost allocation model.
