Perform other duties as assigned Experience / Skills / Abilities: · Strong knowledge of HR/HRIS practices and procedures Strong experience of Benefits systems and functional knowledge of Benefits · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Customer Service Skills · Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment · Ability to troubleshoot issues and discern when to escalate · Ability to respond to changing priorities · Ability to multitask Basic analytical ability to gather and interpret information and develop, recommend and implement solutions. Essential Qualifications: · At least 2 years hands-on experience with PeopleSoft, or other HR ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, etc. ) At least 2 years experience working with third party benefits providers (e.g., Hewitt, Metlife, Marsh, etc.) At least 2 years query/report writing experience 4-year degree or equivalent experience Additional / Preferred Qualifications: PeopleSoft 8.x experience
