<p style="margin:0px">As a Title Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the title process by assisting our title officer with various critical tasks during the process of opening, closing and recording real estate transactions.</p>

Duties:
<ul><li>Assist in reviewing chains of title to identify ownership history, liens, and encumbrances.</li><li>Review title commitments, policies, and other related documents.</li><li>Communicate with title officers, escrow officers, lenders, and real estate agents to resolve title related matters.</li><li>Ensure accurate data entry and maintain organized title files.</li><li>Support the processing of title curative matters as needed.</li><li>Provide administrative support, including handling correspondence and maintaining records.</li></ul>

Education:
<p style="margin:0px">High school dimploma or GED equivalent.</p>

Experience:

Additional Information:
<p style="margin:0px">This position is eligible to earn compensation in the range of $26.00 - $32.00/hourly based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience. This position is also eligible for commissions. The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.</p>
