Measure Business Impact: Track process improvement and automation results, including hours saved, project delivery performance, product and master data accuracy, time to publish new products, application availability, and resolution of escalated incidents. This leadership role will serve as the primary technical authority for Syspro ERP and Product Information Management (PIM), driving process automation, system integration, data integrity, and operational efficiency across manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, and distribution functions.
