Provides strategic oversight and coordination of benefit vendor contracts, renewals, amendments, and statements of work, partnering with benefit program owners, Procurement, Legal, Privacy and other stakeholders to ensure contractual terms, performance commitments, data requirements, and business objectives are appropriately reflected and managed. Provides strategic oversight of benefit vendor invoicing and self-insured plan funding processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments, appropriate funding controls, reconciliation, and issue resolution in partnerships with Finance, Treasury, benefit program owners, and vendor partners.
