Required Qualifications/Education: 15 years of experience as a Manager or Director of engineering departments Experience and knowledge in at least one engineering discipline Master's degree or higher preferred, in Aerospace, Engineering, System, or Computer science discipline Strong systems engineering and technical management skills and demonstrated ability to execute demanding flight programs Must be able to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment with emphasis in rapid prototyping and fielding of capabilities Ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance Related technical experience maybe considered in lieu of education Working Conditions: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this jo .
