Customer Development — Lead pilots with mid-market AEC firms, convert them to paid engagements, and build the go-to-market motion through AEC networks, marketing associations, and industry partnerships.
Strategy — Refine the ICP, pricing model, and product positioning, including the choice of execution path between consumer returns–led (B2C commerce) and warranty & credit–led (B2B supply chains). Rather than replacing existing ERPs, WMSs, or commerce platforms, the platform is designed to operate as the orchestration layer across them, enabling organizations to actively control cost, risk, and recovered value after the sale.
Crossfoot is agentic accounting for small-to-mid CPA firms; a segment where accountant shortages are structural, client intake is capped by production headcount, and the manual close and tax prep workflow consumes the majority of senior staff capacity. Customer Development — Lead pilots with managing partners, CAS leads, and outsourced-accounting/BPO operators at small-to-mid CPA firms, convert them to paid engagements, and build the referral-led go-to-market motion.

Partner with internal teams to develop communication rhythm for the CEO and ELT - connecting leadership priorities with the organization through updates, all-hands messages, and internal storytelling moments.
li>Logistical Command: Execute high-frequency tactical needs: managing food lunch deliveries, booking conference rooms, creating Zoom links, and coordinating wardrobe requirements for specific events. Run Daily Scheduling Machines: Manage the run-of-show, ensuring the CIO is set up well for the day - coordinate with drivers, handle badge access, and other daily operations upon arrival to facilitate a seamless transition into the workday.
