Your ability to think outside of the box to identify, attract, and close the nations best talent, paired with your passion for creating an efficient and highly personalized candidate experience, will impact our employees and patients for years to come. Full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process within our Sales and GTM orgs, from initial sourcing to closing candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams for a full range of roles from Associate to Director.

The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
In addition, qualified candidates will possess the following: Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent;
Approximately 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably within an investment bank, financial services firm or executive search firm focused on financial services;
Strong MS Office skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint;
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and process a high volume of work under pressure while maintaining the highest quality;
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels;
Superb organization skills and attention to detail;
Strong verbal and written communication skills, high quality document preparation;
Ability to work independently as well as a desire to work in a team environment;
Demonstration of a high level of integrity, discretion and professionalism;
Willingness to proactively identify issues and recommend solutions;
Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter preferred;
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; experience with Workday is a plus.
