While some coordination of facilities staff and vendors is required, the primary focus of this role is hands-on facilities maintenance, repairs, and problem-solving rather than administrative management. Complete general repairs, including plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, carpentry, hardware replacement, and other building-related tasks within the scope of training and qualifications.
