Duties include answering and responding to client phone calls, refill requests, prior authorizations, notifying of lab and test results, vitals, UDS, EKG's, injections for clients or employees, proper documentation, intake/induction and all assigned duties. The duties include but are not limited to assisting providers with services that include behavioral health, medication assisted treatment, and primary care services.
