Assist Branch Manager in the management of multiple priorities with existing and potential customers, initiate contact with customers to acquire additional financial information, complete reports, and communicate/resolve problem situations. Other functions include but are not limited to: collecting payments, completing and processing loan applications, contacting customers for late payments, cashiering, answering phone, photocopying, filing, etc.
