Position Responsibilities : · Perform high-quality rough and finish carpentry on luxury residential projects · Perform framing, blocking, backing, modifications, and other rough carpentry as needed · Layout, measure, cut, fit, and install architectural components accurately · Install doors, jambs, windows, hardware, trim, moldings, baseboard, casing, paneling, and custom millwork · Perform stair, railing, built-in, and specialty architectural installations as required · Read and interpret construction plans, elevations, details, and specifications · Work confidently with a variety of materials and high-end finishes · Anticipate field conditions, identify potential issues before they become problems, and work with the project team to develop practical solutions · Coordinate effectively with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and other trades · Maintain exceptionally clean, organized, and professional work areas · Safety is of the utmost importance on every Fletcher Development project. We are looking for a skilled, hands-on carpenter who is equally comfortable performing rough and finish work and understands that in luxury construction, the details matter.
