As part of the Food & Beverage leadership team, you will work alongside the Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage, Lead Sommelier, Culinary leadership, Marketing partners, and outlet leaders to elevate the guest experience across the property. Partner with Food & Beverage leadership and the Lead Sommelier to develop and execute the overall beverage strategy, including wine, cocktail, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic beverage programs.
