Working Conditions:• This position operates in a combination of office, asphalt plant, and active construction job site environments,• Frequent travel to local and regional job sites is required to monitor operations, production, and safety compliance, • Regular exposure to outdoor conditions, including Extreme heat (especially around asphalt operations), Cold weather, rain, and varying site conditions, • Exposure to loud noise, heavy equipment, dust, and asphalt materials; use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all times in the field.
