QUALIFICATIONS: Thorough knowledge of a wide range of maintenance areas, including general repair work, basic construction, plumbing, refrigeration, pumps and motors, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall repair, chiller, cooling tower, and closed loop HVAC systems. PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for effectively, efficiently, and proactively maintaining the building, residences, and associated equipment to ensure a safe environment for guests, owners, and employees at the Lodges.
