Work with community team members to develop annual (and as needed) market and demand feasibility analysis to craft the community's revenue plans for each sales year including: renewal plans and incentives, new resident incentives, unit mix configurations, rates, premiums, fees, deadlines, etc. Manage all financial aspects of the property such as preparing annual and capital budgets, managing property expenditures, variance requests, invoice entry, payroll, inventory, collection policies, enhancing NOI, forecasting, meeting revenue targets, and month-end processes.
