Under general direction, coordinates and implements the Water Resources programs of the Water Resources Department, including Clear Lake water enhancement, Lake County Clean Water Program, including NPDES, watershed management, and streambed restoration; assists with Water Resources budget development and administration; prepares grant proposals and administer grants; performs water resources research activities; provides support during floods; assists the public with questions about water resource and flood control laws, regulations, and requirements; and performs related duties as assigned. Develops, implements, and coordinates the Water Resources Department Water Resources Programs, including Clear Lake water quality enhancement, Lake County Clean Water Program, including NPDES, watershed management, and streambed restoration.
