In this role, you will partner directly with leadership, functional managers, and external partners to build practical, compliant, and mission-focused HR processes that support our growing engineering, manufacturing, and operational teams. The role supports prototype development, electrical integration, and sea-trial preparation in a fast-paced setting with changing priorities and close cooperation across engineering, software, operations, and test teams.
